Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Quality Executive job in Prabhadevi,Swatantryaveer Savarkar Road. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Description :
1.Perform and record First Piece Approval (FPA) and in-process inspections.
2. Make QC reports at each stage and maintain records.
3.Analyze defects and maintain daily rejection records.
4.Clear quality orders and update rejection/approval data in ERP.
5.Coordinate quality approvals and debit notes for major rejections.
6.Maintain reference and last production samples.
Requirements
Experience in Quality Control and Inspections
Knowledge of First Piece Approval, in-process inspection, and defect analysis
Experience in ERP quality entries and rejection tracking
Good communication and training ability
